My sons entry in our life

In feb 2002, my son was born . Instead of being happy and excited, I was totally lost. I was so much counting on my parents that I was totally unprepared for the unexpected situation. My mother who was very well till the day before my delivery suddenly fell sick with an elephant foot and was down with some infection. The whole house environment changed suddenly. My father was totally upset seeing my mother ill, and me not knowing how to handle the baby. I had c-section and was not able to feed the baby with my milk. I still dont know whether it was me who was not good in feeding him or he was very lazy to learn. But the final result both of us had a tough time for atleast 20 days. I used to sit long hours trying to feed him and he not getting enough feed and so crying all the time. It was really a tough period in my life. After a month my husband took me and the kid to a doctor . The doctor saw that the baby has lost weight and gained anything at all. He immediately suggested us to put him on formula milk. Things started getting better but again since I was not experienced at this I struggled with 1 tumbler and 2 bottles to feed him. I had to sterlise them every now and then and still I was not getting enough rest. Also my sisters marriage was there within a month after my son was born. I could hardly enjoy anything there too. I was a visitor to the marriage . After the reception when my husband asked me to wait for sometime to get an auto ,I could hardly stand. My legs started shaking and thats when I realised how weak I have become. After a week , I left for Bangalore. There my mother-in law used to cook and give me and go for school and my husband to office. Thats when I started taking rest. There was absolute silence at home, I used to bottle feed my son every 2 hours and then both of us sleeping all the time. At this time, we came to know that my husband has to go to France on work. What will I do in Bangalore when he was away? So, we decided that I will also travel along with him.
With the 2 months old baby we set off to France. Knowing nothing about how to bring up the baby, we decided to handle things alone. By this time, my son had settled on bottled feed once in 3 hours, learned to sleep well in the nights . So, things were getting better now.
